Mental Nomad

Discovering new Perspectives — Where Curiosity Leads, Wisdom Follows

Hi. I’m Ralph.

I am a pastor in exile because the system could no longer hold me.

I revise old images and develop new ones. Not out of rebellion, but out of reverence. My love for the church is so great that I can’t just leave it as it is.

I think clearly and more deeply than mere doctrine and beyond slogans. What I seek is truth – not affiliation and affirmation.

I am an architect of thought, a mental nomad, shaped by the gospel, sharpened by exile. A border crosser between certainty and doubt, order and chaos.

I accompany people who can no longer stand the noise, who want to look behind the scenes, who are not satisfied with pious cosmetics.

Welcome to the space in between, where old systems die and something new begins.

What I offer:

  • 1:1 mentoring & coaching for spiritual and spiritual seekers
  • Support for dropouts, border crossers, system doubters
  • Impulses, texts and formats for people who love the church – and no longer fit in

Who is this for?

  • Are you a Christian but hardly believe anymore?
  • Are you influenced by the church but have long since left it behind?
  • Are you told that you think too much? You don’t fit into any box?

Then you’ve come to the right place.

As a coach, I help people improve their lives by applying the tools that have helped me in various situations. I particularly enjoy working with neuroatypical people. I coach teams and individuals in German and English.

I have written a few books in English and German. My next book is on its way.

This blog shows my development. The first articles are not very controversial; they are somewhat cautious. However, over time, I have become more confident in my beliefs. I also write in German.
